  • I'm having trouble using the Availability Checker box...
    For the Availability Checker box to function you need to ensure you have Javascript enabled in your browser. This option can usually be found by going to the menu bar in your web browser, selecting "Tools", then "Options". We also have a non-javascript version available here.
  • The accommodation selection box on the navigation bar isn't working...
    For the accommodation selection box to function you need to ensure you have Javascript enabled in your browser. This option can usually be found by going to the menu bar in your web browser, selecting "Tools", then "Options". You can also access hotels and self catering properties without Javascript.
  • The navigation tabs aren't working when I'm viewing information about a hotel...
    For the hotel navigation tabs to function you need to ensure you have Javascript enabled in your browser. This option can usually be found by going to the menu bar in your web browser, selecting "Tools", then "Options".
  • The font size is too small for me to read...
    To increase / decrease the text size, please select "View" then "Zoom" from the menu in your web browser. Alternatively, hold down the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard and use the + and - buttons.
  • I'm having trouble using features of your website...
    Many parts of our website require Javascript to be enabled in your browser. This option can usually be found by going to the menu bar in your web browser, selecting "Tools", then "Options".

Your Hotels

  • Where can I find information about your hotels?
    You can browse through our list of hotels and select one you like on our hotels page.
  • Do you allow smoking in your hotels?
    In line with current UK laws you are unable to smoke anywhere inside any of our hotels. Smoking is permited in outside areas only.
  • Am I allowed to bring my pet's with me to the hotel?
    Sorry, we do not allow any animals into our hotels, EXCLUDING guide dogs.
  • What time can I arrive from?
    Your hotel room will be available from 3pm on your day of arrival. If you arrive before, we have a secure area for you to leave your luggage at all our hotels.
  • What time do I need to leave by?
    You will need to leave your hotel room by 11am on the day of departure. We have a secure area for you to leave your luggage at all our hotels if required.
  • I have special requirements...
    If you have any special requirements, please contact us before booking so that arrangements can be made.
  • Is there car parking available at your hotels?
    Free car parking is available at all hotels.
  • What will I find in my room?
    All bedding and towels are provided, along with complimentary toiletries in every room. Exact features vary between hotels, so please check on the relevant page for your hotel.

Self Catering Properties

  • Where can I find information about your self catering properties?
    You can browse through our list of self catering properties and select one you like on our self catering page.
  • Will I be able to smoke?
    All of our self catering properties currently have a strict no smoking policy. Smoking is permitted outside.
  • Am I allowed to bring my pet's with me?
    This varies between properties, please check the relevant page for your self catering property.
  • Are children allowed to stay in your self catering properties?
    This varies between properties, please check the relevant page for your self catering property.
  • What time can I arrive from?
    Your property will be available from 3pm ont he day of your arrival.
  • What time do I need to leave by?
    You will need to leave your property bey 11am on the day of departure.
  • I have special requirements...
    If you have any special requirements, please contact us before booking so that arrangements can be made.
  • Will there be car parking available?
    Parking for 1 car is available at all properties, 2 at at larger properties. This will be directly outside, or very close by.
  • What will I find in my property?
    All bedding and towels are provided. Exact features vary between our self catering properties, so please check on the relevant page for your property. No food or drink is provided.

Booking A Stay

  • How can I book to stay with you?
    You can book online by using the availability checker on the right, by visiting the Make A Booking page. Alternatively, you can book via phone by calling out booking hotline on 08450 265 265.

  • What happens if the dates I wish to saty are un-available?
    If the accommodation you wish to stay in is unavailable at the time you wish to stay in it, we recommend you try changing property, room type of the dates of your stay. If you are unable to do this, please try contacting us nearer the time to see if there has been a cancellation.
  • Are the prices per person or per room?
    All prices shown for our hotels are per rrom per night. All prices shown for our self catering properties are per property per week.
  • How do I cancel my booking?
    You will need to contact our booking hotline on 08450 265 265 giving a minimum of 7 days notice. If you are unable to provide 7 days notice, a charge of 10% of your total booking cost will be made.
  • How do I make changes to my booking?
    If you need to make a change yo your booking please contact our booking hotline on 08450 265 265 as soon as possible.
