About The Property
Castle Cottage is can be found within a ten minute walk of the sandy beach at Ventnor and the quiet cove of Steephill. It has recently been renovated with to a very high standard to provide comfortable accommodation for 3 people. It has been furnished and equipped to with care and is centrally heated. All the accommodation in the cottage is on the ground floor apart from the single bedroom which is accessed via a staircase leading up from the lounge.
On the ground floor there is a very spacious open plan lounge with an original fire place, comfy sofa and chairs, large colour television with DVD player and all major satellite TV channels. There is a large dining area and a modern fitted kitchen complete with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge with freezer section, and washing machine.
The double bedroom has patio doors which open directly into the south facing garden. The is also an en-suite shower room with WC. There is an additional bathroom on the ground floor which has a bath, WC and wash basin. A delightful conservatory with attractive Victorian tiles provides a very pleasant place to sit and relax. The cottage has a lovely sunny south facing garden. Garden furniture is provided so you can relax and enjoy the scenery and weather outside.
