About The Property
Bonny Blink is a spacious house based on the seafront at Seaview. A short walk across the lawn will bring you to the beach where swimming, beach sports and boating can be enjoyed. There are spectacular panoramic sea views from the house which is very light and open. The peaceful seaside village of Seaview is less than a five minute walk away.
This light, spacious house has been furnished to a high standard allowing 8 people to stay with comfert. The main lounge area downstairs is very open and provides plenty of seating and stunning sea views. The patio doors can be opened out onto the decked area overlooking the sea. A 42" television with built in DVD player is provided and will receive all major satellite TV channels. The dining room will sit 8 as standard, with the option to extend this to 12 and has a large panoramic window to view passing yachts.
The kitchen features stunning handmade oak units and is equipped with an electric hob and oven, two microwaves, large dishwasher, and a spacious fridge / freezer. A washing machine, tumble drier and additional fridge can be found in the utility room.
Upstairs you will find two double and two twin rooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a W.C. and both a bath and built in shower. The second double bedroom is an attractive room with fitted American Oak wardrobes. There is a family bathroom with a WC, bath and overhead shower and also an extra room for a WC and hand basin. Bonny Blink is centrally heated and has a water system which enables visitors to have constant hot water for baths and showers. WiFi internet is available throughout the house.
In the garden there is a decked area where you can relax. A table and garden chairs plus a gas barbecue are provided. Steps lead down to a lawn and to the beach. Two cars can be parked at the front of the house. Shop, post office and public house within 5 minutes walk.
